SKOPJE (North Macedonia), October 11 (SeeNews) – The blue-chip MBI-10 index of the stock exchange in Skopje closed at 4,423.33 points on Thursday, up 2.2% compared to the closing value a week earlier, bourse data showed.
The bourse is closed on Friday for Revolution Day.
Turnover on the official market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) fell to 88.3 million denars ($1.6 million/1.4 million euro) in four sessions this week from 91.6 million denars in five sessions last week.
Makpetrol [MSE:MPT] accounted for the largest portion of trading turnover on the MSE this week. It generated a total turnover of 23.4 million denars, as 294 of its shares changed hands in 87 transactions.
MSE's OMB bond index closed at 132.80 points on Thursday, slightly down from 132.74 the last week.
