January 27 (SeeNews) - Serbian oil and gas company NIS said on Friday it invested 1.5 billion dinars ($13.9 million/12.8 million euro) in the modernisation and expansion of its retail network in 2022.
The company has completely overhauled nine existing filling stations and put into operation three new stations, it said in a statement.
Nis operates more than 300 filling stations throughout Serbia.
NIS, 56.15%-owned by Russia's Gazprom, is one of the largest vertically integrated oil and gas companies in Southeast Europe. Serbia's government owns a 29.87% stake in NIS.
