May 19 (SeeNews) - Serbian mining company Rudnik Kovin [BEL:RDKV] said its net profit rose by 4.9% on an annual comparison basis in 2021, to amount to 24.7 million dinars ($220,800/210,500 euro).
Its pre-tax profit jumped 44.9% on the year to 34 million dinars in 2021, the company said in a filing to the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
Operating income slipped 5.2% on the year to 551.6 million dinars, due to a 34.2% drop in sales on the foreign markets, according to the filing.
Operating costs went down by 6.2% year-over-year, and amounted to 523.1 million dinars.
Rudnik Kovin's capital consists of 1,359,850 shares with a nominal value of 390 dinars, according to the bourse information.
