BELGRADE (Serbia), December 18 (SeeNews) – Serbian blue chip Komercijalna Banka next week will become the third issuer listed on the official B segment of the Belgrade Stock Exchange, the bourse said on Friday.
The decision was made by the listings commission who ruled that the bank has met the qualification criterion to have its regular shares traded on the B segment, the bourse said in a statement. To list on the B segment, or the Standard Market, a company must have a capital of at least 4.0 million euro ($5.7 million) and a free float of at least 25% of its equity capital.
There are 870,931 Komercijalna Banka regular shares trading on the bourse with a nominal price of 10,000 dinars each, the statement said.
The regular shares of Komercijalna Banka are currently traded on the unregulated market of the Belgrade bourse.
Serbian blue chip producer of cookers and household heating devices Alfa Plam was the first company listed on the B segment in November of last year. Blue chip cookware manufacturer Metalac became the second company listed on the B segment in May.
BELEX operates a regulated official market with A and B segments and a unregulated market. Rubber and chemicals group Tigar, soybean producer Sojaprotein and construction company Energoprojekt are the only companies listed on the most transparent A segment, or Prime Market.
To be listed on the official A segment, a company needs to publish regular quarterly financial reports, to have a capital of at least 20 million euro and at least 25% of its equity capital free float.
Komercijalna Banka regular shares inched down 0.01% to 27,000 dinars at Friday's close.
