March 12 (SeeNews) - Serbia's foreign trade deficit in January decreased 5.6% to $517.7 million (460.3 million euro), data from the country's statistical office showed on Thursday.
The country's exports went up 9.3% to $1.493 billion, while imports grew by 5.0% to $2.011 billion, the office said in a statement.
The export-import ratio grew to 74.3% from 71.3% in January 2019.
Serbia's foreign trade deficit in 2019 increased by 6.9% to $7.100 billion, according to data from the country's statistical office.
