August 28 (SeeNews) - Serbian diversified holding Invej has increased its stake in the share capital of household appliances manufacturer Milan Blagojevic [BEL:MBLS] to 92.13% from 73.65% following a buyout bid, Invej said on Wednesday.
Invej has acquired 23,286 shares representing a 18.48% stake in Milan Blagojevic's capital during the bid which expired on August 26, the diversified holding said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

In June, Invej said it launched a buyout bid for the 26.35% stake it does not already own in Milan Blagojevic, aiming to purchase 33,201 shares for 3,360 dinars ($31.6/28.5 euro) apiece.
Before the launch of the buyout bid, the diversified holding owned 92,799 shares in Milan Blagojevic.
Milan Blagojevic's shares last traded on May 28, when they closed flat at 3,360 dinars, according to data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
