April 5 (SeeNews) - Serbian concrete products maker Betonjerka [BEL:BTSO], based in Sombor, in the north of the country, said on Thursday civil engineering company C&LC-Group acquired a 75% stake in its capital.
C&LC-Group purchased a total of 180,079 shares in Betonjerka on March 30, the concrete maker said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

In October, Serbia's economy ministry said it is inviting letters of interest in the privatisation of a 75% stake in Betonjerka at a minimum price of 540,581 euro ($662,331).
The government plans to sell a 70% stake in Betonjerka which it directly owns, plus a 5% stake in the hands of state-run Akcionarski Fond, or a total of 180,079 shares, the ministry said back then.
C&LC-Group acquired 167,917 shares in Betonjerka from the government and 12,162 shares from Akcionarski Fond, the concrete maker said in the bourse filing.
The total capital of Betonjerka stands at 1.402 million euro. The company has 50 employees and operates a factory in Sombor, according to the teaser prospect of the company posted on the website of the Serbian privatisation agency.
Betonjerka's current share price is 579 dinars, according to data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
