December 12 (SeeNews) - Serbia's average annual consumer price inflation slowed to 1.9% in November from 2.2% in October, the national statistical office said on Wednesday.
On a monthly comparison basis, Serbia's consumer price index (CPI) fell by 0.3% in November, after increasing by 0.3% in October, the statistical office said in a monthly inflation report.
Clothing and footwear costs rose 0.5% month-on-month in November, while prices of healthcare grew 0.2%.
Prices in the sector of food and non-alcoholic beverages fell by 1.0% in November, while transport and communication costs declined 0.2% each.
The country's annual consumer price inflation quickened to 3.0% in 2017 from 1.2% in 2016.
