BELGRADE (Serbia), November 23 (SeeNews) – Serbian share indices extended their downward move on Monday amid falling turnover, bourse data showed.
The Belgrade bourse's blue-chip BELEX15 index backed off 0.62% to 723.89 points after shedding 0.45% on Friday.
The broader BELEXline index lost 0.67% to 1,383.27 points after inching down 0.68% on the last working day before the weekend.
The joint SRX index of the bourses in Belgrade and Vienna dropped 0.25% to 324.27.
The bourse's total turnover fell to 48 million dinars ($755,733/504,730 euro) from 87 million dinars on Friday.
Construction company Putevi recorded the day's highest turnover of 15.5 million dinars, losing 0.89% to end at 1,000 dinars.
Engineering holding company Energoprojekt posted the day’s second highest turnover of 6.6 million dinars. Shares ticked down 0.65% to 916 dinars.
Blue chip AIK Banka had the session’s third highest turnover of 5.2 million dinars with shares falling 1.93% to 2,697 dinars.
Komercijalna Banka posted the biggest climb on Monday. Shares surged 14.63% to 14,890 dinars. Edible oil producer Vital paced the back-sliders, plummeting 11.43% to 1,240 dinars.
Fallers outnumbered climbers 25 to 12, while the shares of 11 companies remained flat on Monday.
