September 30 (SeeNews) - A Serbian investor plans to build a residential complex in Kazakhstan's capital Nur-Sultan, the Nur-Sultan city government said.
The total investment in the project will stand at 80 billion Kazakhstani tenge ($206 million/188 million euro), the Nur-Sultan city government said in a statement last week.
The project was discussed during a meeting between the mayor of Nur-Sultan, Altay Kulginov, with the Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan in Serbia, Milanka Karic. Milanka Karic is married to Bogoljub Karic, owner of construction company BK Group.
In October 2018, BK Group broke ground for a $1.2 billion (1 billion euro) residential complex in Astana, named BK Tesla Park.
