November 28 (SeeNews) - Serbia's central bank on Wednesday decided to keep its key repo rate unchanged at 9.5%, it said.
The central bank last changed its repo rate on October 29, cutting it by 0.25 percentage to reflect easing inflation pressure in October.
The central bank's monetary policy committee has at its today's meeting decided do keep the key repo rate unchanged, the central bank said in a statement. It, however, added that after a review of the current economic situation it came to the conclusion that the period by the end of the year will be characterized by significant inflation pressures.
