April 17 (SeeNews) - Serbia's economy ministry plans to sell a 1.46% stake in the capital of local furniture manufacturer Vizor Enterijeri [BEL:VZEN] on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, it said.
The economy ministry intends to sell 1,619 shares of Vizor Enterijeri, it said in a notice published on the website of Serbia's privatisation agency on Tuesday.

The shares to be sold are owned by state-run equity fund Akcionarski Fond Republike Srbije.
In January, Serbian company Biomaks Beograd acquired a 21.05% stake in the capital of Vizor Enterijeri by purchasing 23,450 shares in the company's capital, according to data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
At the end of 2017, Serbian citizen Nemanja Ribic controlled a 71.9% stake in Vizor Enterijeri.
Vizor Enterijeri last traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on May 24, 2017, when 1,398 of its shares changed hands at a price of 175 dinars ($1.68/1.48 euro) apiece.
