September 13 (SeeNews) - Serbia on Thursday sold 70% of its lime producer Kolubara IGM for 1.46 billion dinars ($25.4 million/18.3 million euro) to a consortium led by Serbian entrepreneur Liljana Jokic.
The new majority owner of Kolubara IGM will have to repay the company’s 60.6 million dinar outstanding debt, the government's Privatisation Agency said in a statement.

Kolubara IGM ended 2002 with an operating profit of 19 million dinars. More recent figures were unavailable.
The Privatisation Agency also sold majority stakes in 12 other companies on Thursday, netting some 1.6 billion dinars from their sale.
