January 27 (SeeNews) - Shares of Romanian cybersecurity company Safetech Innovations [BSE:SAFE] will start trading on the main segment of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on February 6, bourse data indicated.
Safetech is the third company to move from the AeRO market of the BVB to the main one, the BVB said in a press release on Thursday.
The last trading day for the company's shares on the AeRO market will be February 1. Following the transfer, the company's shares will be traded under the same ticker.
Safetech Innovations started trading on the BVB's alternative market in January 2021.
The company's shares traded 0.46% higher at 3.2650 lei ($0.73/0.67 euro) as of 1550 CET on Friday, bourse data showed.
