January 18 (SeeNews) - Romanian investment fund Evergent Investments [BSE:EVER] said that it has signed a revolving credit facility worth up to 19.2 million euro ($20.8 million) with Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR).
The credit has a maturity of 12 months, Evergent Investments said in a report filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on Tuesday.
Evergent Investments also said it will continue to follow closely companies from the energy and financial-banking sectors, while also analysing companies with technology for clean resources, cyber-IT security and research, with a high development component.
Formerly known as SIF Moldova, Evergent Investments manages 443 million euro in assets, according to its website.
Evergent shares traded 1.13% lower at 1.3150 lei ($0.29/0.27 euro) as of 1319 CET on Wednesday on the main market of the BVB.
