December 27 (SeeNews) - SIF 2 Moldova, one of Romania's five regional investment funds, said on Thursday it sold its 24.5% stake in textile firm Vigotex for 1.9 million lei ($783,000/540,000 euro).
SIF 2 Moldova said in a statement it sold the 189,253 shares it held in Vigotex at 10.04 lei per share.

SIF 2 Moldova shares closed at 3.48 lei, up 0.87% on the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Friday, the last trading day for 2007.
The investment fund has reported a 40% rise in its nine-month net profit to 55.9 million lei.
