SOFIA (Bulgaria), August 15 (SeeNews) – Romania's industrial production grew by an annual 11.5% in June, more than any other EU member state except Estonia, the bloc's statistical office said.
Month-on-month Romania’s industrial output fell 1.4% in June, Eurostat said in a statement on Monday.
The only EU member state from Southeast Europe which recorded growth of its industrial output on a monthly comparison basis was Croatia, which posted a 1.2% increase in June.
In May, Romania's industrial production grew by an annual 14.6%, making it the EU's leader in this department.
