January 23 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) rose on Thursday, as shipbuilding company Viktor Lenac [ZSE:VLEN] paced the blue-chip gainers, ZSE data showed.
Viktor Lenac's shares closed at 7.95 kuna, up 5.3%.
Shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] led the blue-chip losers on Thursday, as its shares closed 0.89% lower at 335 kuna.
Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] generated the highest trading turnover among the blue chips - 3 million kuna, including a 2.05 million kuna block transaction. The company's shares closed 0.27% higher at 184.5 kuna.
The ZSE's total trading turnover rose to 5.7 million kuna ($843,576/763,470 euro) on Thursday from 4.6 million kuna on Wednesday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX rose 0.19% to 2,055.32 after closing flat in the previous trading session.
The narrower of ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, added 0.05% to 1,220.12 after closing flat on Wednesday.
The fixed-income CROBIS index closed unchanged at 115.5828.
