PRISTINA (Kosovo), May 15 (SeeNews) – Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) said on Tuesday its after-tax profit from operations in Kosovo decreased 1.6% year-on-year to 4.79 million euro ($5.7 million) in the first quarter of 2018.
Net interest income added 5.8% year-on-year to 9.8 million euro, while net fee and commission income decreased 4.2% to 2.3 million euro, RBI said in a presentation posted on its website.
Operating income increased 3.6% to 12.5 million euro in the first quarter.
RBI's NPL ratio in Kosovo decreased to 4.4% in January-March, from 5.8% in the same period a year earlier.
RBI's total assets in Kosovo decreased 3.1% year-on-year to 878.9 million euro.
According to RBI, Kosovo's GDP will increase by 4.2% in 2018, compared with 4.1% growth in 2017.
