April 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Commission for Protection of Competition said that two private individuals - Danail Genev and Galina Gavrailova, are seeking approval to acquire local toy retailer Comsed.
Both investors engage in real estate investments so the acquisition is not expected to affect competition on the local market, they said in a notice to the regulator, published on Tuesday.
