November 21 (SeeNews) - Real estate developer Prime Kapital said on Wednesday that it will start works on a new residential complex in Romania's capital Bucharest in 2019.
This is Prime Kapital's second residential project in Romania, it said in a press release.
The complex, Marmura Residence, will consist of five buildings with 458 apartments and will be situated in the Bucurestii Noi area, in northern Bucharest.
Construction will begin in spring in 2019, and the first units will be delivered in 2020.
Prime Kapital announced its first residential project earlier this year. Also located in northern Bucharest, Avalon Estate will offer 733 villas and apartments. The first 39 units in this project were put on sale in early bird offerings at the beginning of November, with more than 60% of the units already reserved.
Earlier this month, Prime Kapital opened a shopping centre in Romania's eastern city of Roman.
