BELGRADE (Serbia), March 21 (SeeNews) – Polish real estate developer Globe Trade Centre (GTC) has signed pre-lease contracts for 91% of the retail space of the Ada Mall it has under construction in Serbia's capital Belgrade in 2018, the company said on Thursday.
The Ada Mall retail space will be delivered in 2019, GTC said in an e-mailed statement.
In 2017, GTC signed a 64 million euro ($73 million) agreement with Banca Intesa Beograd, Slovakia's Vseobecna uverova banka (VUB) and Croatia's Privredna banka Zagreb (PBZ), all members of Intesa Sanpaolo Group, for the financing of the construction of the Ada Mall project.
Ada Mall will offer 34,400 sqm of retail space located in Cukarica, directly opposite Ada Ciganlija island in the Sava river.
GTC has already completed the construction of seven office buildings in Serbia, all of them in Belgrade. Elsewhere in Southeastern Europe (SEE), GTC is also present in Croatia, Romania and Bulgaria.
