November 9 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Private Equity Fund [BUL:BPT] said on Thursday local Universal Pension Fund (UPF) Toplina has acquired a 6.06% stake in the company.
UPF Toplina held no stake in the Bulgarian Private Equity Fund before the transaction.

The Bulgarian Private Equity Fund provided no further details about the deal in a bourse filing on Thursday.
Bulgarian Private Equity Fund shares last traded on November 2, when they closed 0.8% higher at 1.26 levs ($0.75/0.64 euro).
