December 4 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adriatic ports registered only 26 journeys of foreign vessels in the ten months through October, down 96% year-on-year, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the national statistical office said on Friday.
The number of passengers on cruise ships to Croatia plummeted by 99.6% to 4,138 in the period under review, the statistics office said in a statement.
Almost half of all cruise ships to Croatian ports in the review period, 12, sailed under Maltese colours, but most passengers, 2,690, travelled onboard vessels sailing under the Italian flag.
