July 3 (SeeNews) - Fuel retailer OMV Bulgaria said that it will distribute a total of 19.66 million levs ($11.4 million/10.1 million euro) as dividend for 2018 to its two shareholders.
Romania's OMV Petrom will receive 19,657,726 levs as dividend for the 1,210,850 shares it holds in OMV Bulgaria, while Austria's OMV Refining and Marketing will get 19,697 levs for its 1,213 shares, the minutes from OMV Bulgaria's shareholders meeting showed.
The dividend payout per share amounts to 16.23 levs.
OMV entered the Bulgarian market in 1998 and currently operates 92 filling stations across the country.
