SKOPJE (Macedonia), November 14 (SeeNews) – The construction of a new philharmonic orchestra hall building in the Macedonian capital Skopje will be completed in 2014, the country's culture ministry said.
The building will house two halls, as one will have 1,100 seats and the other 400, the ministry said last week after culture minister Elizabeta Kanceska-Milevska visited the construction site.
The construction works began in 2009. So far, the government has spent 549 million denars ($11.4 million/8.9 million euro) on the project, according to finance ministry data.
