May 3 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Stopanska Banka Skopje [MSE:STB] said that it plans to distribute a gross dividend of 5 denars ($0.085/0.081 euro) per share for 2021 to the holders of its preferred shares.
Under the plan, Stopanska Banka will distribute a total of 1.14 million denars as dividend for 2021, the company said in a bourse filing last week.
The bank's shareholders will vote on the proposal on May 31.
Stopanska Banka last year distributed a gross dividend of 6 denars per share to investors holding preferred shares.
The bank's net profit reached 2.5 billion denars in 2021, up 24.6% year-on-year
Stopanska Banka's shares traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) at an average price of 1,646 denars on Friday, according to latest available bourse data.
