January 4 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's pharmaceuticals producer Replek [MSE:REPL] said that its wholly-owned subsidiary Replek Market sold a plot of land for 75 million denars ($1.3 million/1.2 million euro), VAT excluded, to local production, trade and services company Kara.
The plot of land has an area of 3,558 square metres, Replek said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Replek Market is a Skopje-based wholesale, retail and services company and includes home goods store Replek Market and the restaurant Den i Nokj.
In September last year, the drug maker invited potential investors to buy the entire share capital of Replek Market.
