May 10 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Osiguruvanje Makedonija - Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) [MSE:KJUBI] said on Wednesday its shareholders have approved a proposal to distribute a total gross dividend of 88 denars ($1.6/1.4 euro) per share for 2021 and 2022.
The insurer will distribute 63.1 million denars as combined dividend for 2021 and 2022, it said in a bourse filing.
Osiguruvanje Makedonija paid a gross dividend of 100 denars per share for 2019 and 2022.
The insurer's net profit decreased to 40 million denars in 2022, from 55 million denars booked a year earlier.
Its shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on May 2, at an average price of 1,250 denars.
Osiguruvanje Makedonija, set up as a state-owned insurer in 1945, became part of Austria's Vienna Insurance Group in 2013.
