May 23 (SeeNews) - North Macedonian fuel storage and transport company Oilco KDA [MSE:OILK] said that its shareholders have approved the management's proposal for a gross dividend payout of 130 denars ($2.38/2.11 euro) per share for 2018.
The company paid a gross dividend of 95.07 denars per share for 2017.
Oilco KDA will distribute a total of 32.35 million denars as dividend for 2018, the company said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Oilco KDA shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange at a price of 6,000 denars.
The company's non-consolidated net profit rose by an annual 11% to 52 million denars in 2018.
Oilco KDA has a fuel depot in the village Miladinovci near Skopje. The company transports petrol, diesel and heavy fuel oil, as well as compressed natural gas and liquid petroleum gas.
Oilco KDA's biggest shareholder is Macedonian fuel retailer Makpetrol [MSE:MPT].
