January 24 (SeeNews) - A total of 1,000 shares of North Macedonia's NLB Banka [MSE:TNB], part of Slovenian banking group Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB), changed hands in a block transaction worth 27.65 million denars ($507,300/448,800 euro), bourse data showed on Monday.
The shares traded at 27,650 denars each in the block deal concluded on January 24, Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) data showed.

The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
The traded stock is equal to a 0.12% of NLB Banka's total equity capital.
NLB Banka's share capital is divided into 854,061 shares, each with a par value of 1,000 denars.
The bank's shares last traded at an average price of 29,401 denars on the Skopje bourse on Friday.
