January 18 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's natural gas pipeline construction company Nacionalni Energetski Resursi (NER) and natural gas transmission company GA MA, both state-owned, have completed their merger, the new entity, Nomagas, said on Wednesday.
The new company will be active in the transmission of natural gas, NOMAGAS said in a bourse filling.

The share capital of Nomagas amounts to 58.4 million euro ($63.2 million) and consists of 583,570 ordinary shares with a par value of 100 euro each, according to earlier data published by the country's Central Securities Depository. The new company was registered by the regulatory body on January 12.
Nacionalni Energetski Resursi is responsible for the development and construction of natural gas pipelines and interconnectors in North Macedonia. GA MA is managing the natural gas transmission system in the country.
