March 5 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based construction company Granit [MSE:GRNT] said that it booked a net profit of 152.5 million denars ($2.7 million/2.5 million euro) in 2023, up 15% on the year.
Total operating revenues picked up 5% on the year to 5.2 billion denars last year, while operating expenses were 4% higher at 5.1 billion denars, Granit said in an annual financial statement filed with the Skopje bourse last week.
Granit's shares traded at an average price of 1,200 denars on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on Monday, latest available bourse data shows.
Granit was established in 1952 and privatised in 1996. Its main activities include construction and rehabilitation of roads. The company owns several concrete and asphalt plants and stone quarries.
