March 22 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based diversified holding group Eurovia signed an agreement to be a leading investor in an upcoming fundraising campaign by local IT-startup Kiimo, Eurovia said.
The fundraising campaign will be launched through the crowdfunding platform Funderbeam, Eurovia said in a statement on Friday, without disclosing the value of the planned investment.
The investment and the start of the campaign are supported by SEEUTechPark, a technology park established by the Tetovo-based South East European University, and North Macedonia's Fund for Innovation and Technology Development (FITR), Eurovia said.
Kiimo plans to use the funding to launch operations in North Macedonia and Croatia, the startup's founder, David Pavlovski, said in the statement.
Kiimo is the developer of a namesake delivery application.
