September 17 (SeeNews) - North Macedonian construction company Beton AD Skopje [MSE:BESK] said that its shareholders approved a deal with local trade company Repro 21 to sell the Beton hotel in the town of Dojran, in the southeastern part of the country, for 1.1 million euro ($1.3 million), tax excluded.
Beton's shareholders also approved proposals to sell Hotel Aura in the town of Ohrid and a hotel under construction in the capital Skopje, the company said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

The shareholders approved the deal and sale plans at a meeting on September 15.
Beton Skopje, founded in 1947, designs and builds houses, roads, bridges, tunnels, hydro systems and factories.
