September 2 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange blue-chip SOFIX index rose 0.20% to 431.75 points on Wednesday, supported by hydraulic equipment maker M+S Hydraulic [BUL:5MH] and the two lenders among its fifteen members.
M+S Hydraulic's share price grew by 4.76% to 5.5 levs on Wednesday. First Investment Bank (Fibank) [BUL:5F4] and Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) [BUL:4CF] followed with gains of 3.96% and 1.04%, respectively.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, edged up 0.05% to 96.14 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free-float of at least 10% have equal weight, added 0.04% to 480.28 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, fell 0.22% to 133.54 points, solely due to a 1.16% drop in the share price of Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT [BUL:5BU].
Total daily regulated market trading turnover amounted to 209,000 levs.
