November 1 (SeeNews) - Montenegrin state-controlled railway infrastructure operator Zeljeznicka Infrastruktura Crne Gore (ZICG) [MNG:ZICG] has said it completed a capital reduction to cover accumulated loss.
The company has cancelled a total of 10,985,576 own shares, Zeljeznicka Infrastruktura Crne Gore said in a filing with the Montenegro Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
After the completion of the transaction, the total capital of the company amounts to 439.7 million euro ($501.2 million), divided into 157,638,774 shares with a nominal value of 2.789 euro apiece, Zeljeznicka Infrastruktura Crne Gore said.
