PODGORICA (Montenegro), March 6 (SeeNews) – Montenegro’s Hipotekarna Banka [MNG:HIBP] posted a net profit of 4.9 million euro ($5.5 million) in 2019, up from 4.3 million euro in the previous year, it said.
Hipotekarna Banka's net interest income came in at 16.7 million euro, up 22.8%, while net fee and commission income fell 27.9% to 6.2 million euro, according to the lender's financial statement, posted on the website of the Montenegro Stock Exchange.
The bank's loan portfolio amounted to 249.8 million euro, while deposits totalled 420.7 million euro at the end of December.
