October 15 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's consumer price index (CPI) edged up 0.1% on an annual basis in September, after falling by 0.5% in August, the national statistical office said.
On a monthly comparison basis, Montenegro's consumer prices went up 0.7% in September, after increasing by 0.1% in August, the statistical office said in a statement.
The biggest monthly rise in prices in September was recorded in the segment of clothing and footwear, up 9.1%.
On the other hand, the prices of hotels and restaurants declined by 0.6%.
