PODGORICA (Montenegro), December 17 (SeeNews) – Montenegro will create a special commission in charge of the sale of its public utility companies, the government said on Thursday.
Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policy Vujica Lazovic said that setting up a tender commission for the utility companies is part of the government's 2010 privatisation plan, adopted on Thursday.

As part of the plan, the cabinet will launch privatisation procedure for postal services operator Posta Crne Gore, Lazovic told a news conference after a cabinet meeting.
The government will continue the privatisation of agriculture company Montepranzo-Bokaprodukt, the firm operating the marina in the Adriatic port town of Bar, rail transport company Montecargo and the company operating the container and general cargo shipments in its biggest port of Bar.
It will also carry on preparations of the tenders for teh sale of Montenegro Airlines, port operator Luka Bar, railway transport and infrastructure maintenance companies, the Jadransko Brodogradiliste Bijela shipyard, publisher Pobjeda, healthcare and spa centre Simo Milosevic, cigarette producer Duvanski Kombinat Podgorica, tourism/hotel operators Budvanska Rivijera and Ulcinjska Rivijera, oil firm Montenegro Bonus and other state assets.
