- Montenegro has signed a contract with French pharmaceuticals firm Sanofi Pasteur for the delivery of 136,000 dozes of the vaccines against the A/H1N1 flu virus, the Health Ministry said. The first 15,000 dozes will arrive by December 15, further 10,000 until the year end and remaining 111,000 until the end of January.
- Montenegrin bauxite mining company Rudnici Boksita posted a loss of 12.98 million euro in the third quarter of the year, a rise of 40% bigger from the 9.2 million euro loss the companty had in the same period of 2008, the MINA-BUSINESS newswire reported.
- Montenegrin steel mill Zeljezara posted a net loss of 13.7 million euro in the first half of the year with sales revenue totaling 23.9 million euro, the company said. It added the output plan for 2009 is cut by 50% to 100,000 tonnes.

- Norwegian firm W. Morgan will invest 30 million euro in the town of Kolasin in central Montenegro to develop a tourism village of 1,000 beds and three small hydropower plants until 2012, company officials said.
