- The government’s commission for economic policy has decided to propose that Montenegro's 2010 budget draft target a deficit of 3.0% of gross domestic product, the daily said, quoting an unnamed government source. The fiscal blue-print for next year is expected to be on the agenda of the cabinet's Thursday meeting.

- The Tourism Ministry said it expects this year’s winter season to be on par with last year’s when revenue totalled 15 million euro and some 56,000 tourist visited the country.
- Trade between Montenegro and Albania totalled 18 million euro in the first nine months of the year, the deputy head of Montenegro’s Chamber of Commerce, Ivan Saveljic, said, adding that Montenegin exports to Albania amounted to 5.0 million euro over the period.
