- The Montenegrin government, Hungary's OTP Bank and Russia’s CEAC will sign on November 20 a deal for a 49.86 million euro loan that Montenegrin aluminium smelter KAP will use to cover delayed debt payments. The loan includes severance payment for some 1,100 employees. CEAC controls KAP and adjacent bauxite mine Rudnici Boksita. OTP Bank owns Montenegrin largest bank CKB.
- Three companies have so far bought documents for a tender for 54% of the company operating the container and general cargo terminals of Montenegro's biggest Adriatic port of Bar and for awarding a 30-year concession on the facilities, Montenegro’s government said without disclosing the names of the potentil bidders. The deadline for the placing of bids will expire on February 1, 2010.

- The Montenegrin government will debate the 2010 budget draft next week instead of Thursday as scheduled earlier after the Finance Ministry and the trade unions of public sector workers failed to agree on measures to cut public spending, the daily said. It added that next year’s budget spending is projected at 1.5 billion euro, 26 million euro down from this year.
