PODGORICA (Montenegro), June 14 (SeeNews) – The Montenegro Stock Exchange said on Wednesday it will offer at an auction on June 22 a total of 428,714 shares of oil products distributor Jugopetrol [MNG:JGPK] at the request of brokerage Bull and Bear BDIS AD Podgorica.
The starting price of the shares in the auction is set at 13.5 euro apiece, the Montenegro Stock Exchange said in a statement without disclosing the name of the seller or sellers.

Jugopetrol's capital is divided into 4,653,971 shares. The company's biggest shareholders are Greece’s Hellenic Petroleum International (54.35%), HB - Zbirni Kastodi racun 1 (9.58%) and EK - Zbirni kastodi racun 1 (5.64%).
