January 6 (SeeNews) - Car battery maker MonBat [BUL:5MB] rose the most among the blue-chip companies on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday, bourse data showed.
MonBat closed 4.17% higher at 10.25 levs, as 2,157 shares changed hands.

Stock trading turnover fell to 293,500 levs ($158,400/150,000 euro) from 1.7 million levs on Thursday.
The blue-chip SOFIX index rose by 0.41% to 592.0 points, after adding 0.11% on Thursday.
The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the BSE, closed 0.21% higher at 111.98 points, after dropping 0.04% on Thursday.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, increased by 0.27% to 107.28 points, after closing 0.66% lower on Thursday.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, fell 0.10% to 459.59 points, after losing 0.09% on Thursday.
Resort operator Albena [BUL:6AB] was the main blue-chip decliner, falling 3.59% to 60.055 levs, as 18 of the company’s shares were traded on Friday.
Central Cooperative Bank [BUL:4CF] was the most traded blue-chip company, as 23,253 shares were traded at an average price of 1.539 levs.
