June 20 (SeeNews) - Moldova's M3, the broadest gauge of money supply, grew by an annual 6.8%, reaching 70.5 billion lei ($3.84 billion/3.45 billion euro) at the end of May, the central bank, BNM, said on Tuesday.
Moldova's M2 money supply totalled 47.11 billion lei at the end of last month, up 13% on the year, BNM said in a statement.
Net domestic assets fell by an annual 27% to 9.2 billion lei, while foreign assets climbed 14.6% year-on-year to 61.3 billion lei in May.
