January 11 (SeeNews) - U.S.-based digital consulting firm Modus Create said that it has taken over Romanian software engineering company Clarisoft as part of its ongoing expansion.
"Adding Clarisoft to the team expands our European footprint and strengthens our offerings in enterprise software development, leading cloud platforms, and microservices delivery," Sarah McCasland, chief strategy officer at Modus Create, said, as quoted in a company press release on Tuesday.

Clarisoft's CEO Bogdan Bucura will take on a sales leadership role within Modus, while the development director, Mircea Enache, will join Modus in a delivery leadership role. Besides the two executive, 40 senior engineers, designers and project managers will also be joining Modus.
Clarisoft is Modus Create's third acquisition in Europe and fifth acquisition in the last 12 months.
Modus Create specialises in strategic consulting, full lifecycle product development, platform modernization, and digital operations.
Clarisoft was established in 2004 and provides high-quality and cost-effective custom software development services for businesses.
