SOFIA (Bulgaria), July 4 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s Sila Holding said on Tuesday Sofia-based investment firm Metro Group has decreased its stake in the company to 34.8% from 36.8%.
The transaction had taken place on June 29, Sila Holding said in a bourse filing.

On Monday, Sila Holding announced the sale of of 71,450 shares in Sila held by Metro Group at an average price of 2.1 levs ($1.2/1.1 euro) per share.
Sila Holding has a registered capital of 20 million levs, spread in 20 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each.
Metro Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cyprus-registered Ottornio Investments.
