May 22 (SeeNews) - A stake of 51.02% in Bosnian brewer Pivara Tuzla [SAJ:PITZ] was traded on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE) on May 12, the brewer announced on Monday.
A total of 714,500 shares changed hands in a single transaction, the company said in a bourse filing.

According to data from the bourse, the value of the transaction was 3.6 million marka ($2.1 million/1.8 million euro).
As of May 19, Bosnia's unit of Sberbank was listed by SASE as the brewer's main shareholder with a 51.02% stake, followed by peer Sarajevska Pivara with 18.9%.
Tuzla is located in the Federation, one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
