November 7 (SeeNews) - London-based HR management services startup Native Teams said on Tuesday that it is starting operations in Romania.
Romania is the 55th country in the world where the company is launching its operations, it said in a press release.
The startup's Romanian operations will be led by Alina Stefan, appointed as country director for the Romanian market, who will have a local team of experts and the support of the company's international team.
"Native Teams' goal is to simplify every step of the remote hiring and contract administration process and we will focus on simplifying procedures for both the employee and the employer, and managing the financial and legal aspects of this relationship, so that remote employees and the company in Romania can focus on the work they love," Stefan said.
Established in 2021, Native Teams is specialised in providing simplified work payment, employment and tax management solutions for freelancers, remote workers and their employers.
